The end of day is near

Hour after hour passes by

All that I do and all that I hear

Some stay and others just fly

 

The end of day is here

Another time to rest

Time that brings us near

Prepare ourselves for another test

 

Shall I think or shall I dream

Shall I sleep with a fading smile

Shall I thank the Lord for the way

I Have lived another day

or seen the end of day.

 

May this day show me the way

To live, love and cherish what we have

For those who believe in love

Will live the end of day.

 

This day will will lead to another

Whether today or the next

It is not for me to decide

But as of today I saw the end of day.
